Synopsis

After being cancelled on social media, Sekai Kuzuno falls into despair and wishes so hard to leave his life behind that he suddenly finds himself in a fantasy RPG world. He has nothing but the clothes on his back...and his handy game controller. With a press of the pause button, he becomes a literal Time Stop Hero. Running off with money, one-shotting static mobs, and flipping the skirts of every girl in sight, Sekai's desires are boundless, but his power isn't! If he doesn't clear the game in three days, time will stop for Sekai—forever!

This is a very fun read for the bored people out there, as the title suggests, the MC of this story can stop time and resume it as he pleases, now this may sound like a cliche OP MC trope but hear me out.

If you want a funny story with cute girls and ecchi, this is the manga for you...

On a serious note, the manga at first glance looks like a generic isekai, but the story uses common isekai tropes, pop culture references, and comedy to tell a very engaging story.

I don't think I've ever dropped a manga so hard. I barely skimmed over the first 3 chapters, but as far as I can tell, this manga essentially revolves around a douchebag MC abusing his power to stop time. Around the clock, he's either doing generic isekai quests or sexually assaulting other characters. In fact, it's often both of those at once. He does it so often that I question why the author didn't just make this a hentai series instead.
