A promising concept is squandered by being a platform for softcore pornography.
As the manga offers boobs and exhibitionism, so I am sure it will find its sorry audience somewhere, but I can not recommend this.

A Magical Girl Anime obsessed Protagonist is killed and reincarnated into a fantasy world, but as a magical staff. Helpless on his own he needs to find someone he can bestow magical powers upon. He finds one such girl (victim) whom he strong arms into becoming a Magical Girl.

On paper, this is a unique and interesting premise. An Isekai Magical girl story is unusual, and the ingredients for a good story is all there, but instead the manga spends the entirety of its time coming up with embarrassing situations for the girl to lose their clothes in.
