Which manga chapters does this season cover?

This season will cover two arcs:
gojo's past arc (chapters 65-79) which will have 5 episodes of anime.
Shibuya Incident Arc (chapter 79 - 136) which will have 18 episodes.

so, everything you have read in manga will be animated in this season.

Wdym "that few"? That's an average of 3.16 chapters/episode, which is very much doable especially given how action-heavy Shibuya is.

Action heavy and also explanation heavy, much more so than S1 that averaged 2.6 chapters per episode, I'm not saying it's impossible, I'm saying that in my opinion it's not something anybody should hope for.

Not sure action means quick either, some of the fights are quite lengthy and complex.

Agreed. I thought this season would be 26 episodes with 5-6 episodes covering gojo’s past arc and rest 20-21 episodes shibuya arc . But anime is 23 episode’s long and it is confirmed that there will be 5 episodes for gojo’s past arc and 18 for shibuya.
shibuya arc will start airing in 31st August. Gojo’s past arc will end in August 4. Which means there’s whole 3 weeks before shibuya. If I’m not mistaken there will be recap 2 episode’s during this 3 week break. First one will cover gojo’s past arc and jjk 0 movie. Second one will cover season 1.

You have nothing to worry about. Trust me. 18 episodes are more than enough to cover all of Shibuya with ease. Besides, not adapting all of Shibuya would be the single most absurd pacing decision I've seen in any anime. And I watch One Piece.
