| I dont think your past is that traumatic, in all honesty, you seem to be very functional and normal, while because of my autism and that i have been constantly psychologically and physically abused while growing up, i developed intense PTSD. No matter what you went through, which i think you exaggerated there, is kind of minimal compared to how things impacted me on my hands. It's not something you can understand though, you lack empathy. You are no better than her father, or anyone else who abused her, you see her as an object rather than an organic being, you want to control her and decide instead of her like all they did throughout her life. I am not doing anything negative to her, i am not in a tutor-student relationship with her, i am not grooming her, i just love her and at that point whether she loves me back or not, is none of your business. I did nothing wrong to anyone., I didn't influence her negatively. I let her be a human being and decide things for herself. I think you're more scared to talk about your parents and upbringing truly, you just keep on going into that cycle, it's all barking without biting again, just spit it off. I am autistic, and i have SPD. Normal kids are way more mentally resilient than us autistic folks. People take things differently, you just lack the empathy to understand and sympathize with the fact that trauma affect people differently. You have the same kind of narrowed ability to empathize as Emilia does. Also you never completely heal from trauma, you just learn tactics to know how to live with them and make them impact you less in the long run, which i myself did. |
