Toei tends to release the movies worldwide faster than other studios, usually around 2 months since the original screening. So yeah, it’s not that bad.

(Stampede was released august 9 and worldwide oct 24 and this new dragon ball movie around the same time frame)

Crunchyroll announced it’s going to be September something I don’t rmber exact date, that’s if u count it as digital release

you could say in a way it is but no, Uta is, the episodes she appeared in are, and some of the events from the movie are up for debate for canonicity but I’ve only watched 25:38 of the movie before i decided to wait until fall 2022 to finish the rest, its good so far
