Is there a reason this series doesn’t have the isekai tag or was it just overlooked?

It’s because Katerina was born into that world as a reincarnation. That world isn’t new to her body, but her conscious is also familiar with it.

But The World is set in another world, so there should be Isekai tag. Whether it's transmigration or Reincarnation, as long as the MC from earth than it's Isekai.

But for example Ascendance of a Bookworm does the same setup and that series is tagged as isekai

Just realized the short Katarina specials have the tag so it’s probably a mistake that the main entries are missing it

it's just missing the tag. this exact situation occurs in Seirei Gensouki (Spirit Chronicles); the mind and spirit of another worlder inhabiting the body of a boy born of the new world. and it is tagged with isekai
