There was no mention of him and Misa doing it as far as I know. But to be honest, it wouldn't have been normal for Light since he never really liked Misa. He was only interested in her for her Shinigami eyes. The only way I could have seen Light potentially having sex with Misa is if he wanted to have an heir to be the next God of the World after him. But he probably didn't think that far ahead as he believed that he would win against Near and reign for some time on his own.
