Chiba Souya, Kaijj Yuki, Ono Kensho, Ishikawa Kaito, Matsuoka Yoshitsugu or Shimono Hiro, I think are the best choices here.

idk it's just the vibe for me... yuuichi nakamura often voices someone who is somewhat cold and serious... but if he voices the jin woo before the reawakening probably you're right 😂

that would fit very well but I think that a bit lower voice would fit even better. It's still the best so far

Hanae Natsuki voice suits weak jin but I dont think it his voice would suit when he got really stronger and his personality changes.
Uchiyama Yuuma fits him since he has a wide range of voices from time to time you wont even recognize its him who voiced that certain character
