Then why post in the Death Note forum...

To display a image/gif you need to do [img]LINK[/img]. The link should be directly to the gif, not a page that has the gif on it.

There are also signature guidelines that you should follow:

Section II: Signature Restrictions

Images placed in forum signatures must not:
a. exceed a total area of 600px width by 150px height.
b. exceed a total file size of 300 kB.
c. be NSFM.

Idk where to post this stuff, and I put the gif on imgur as it said when I searched it up, but it didn’t work. Ohh ok, how do you get the link to the actual gif from imgur?

I would suggest you to not put any GIF as signature if it have too many movement (it's a bit annoying) but it's your choice I'm just sayin

The support forum would be the most appropriate place, I'd say.

To get the correct link, right click on the gif and click on "copy image URL" or something like that.

Also, try using the quote function on MAL, otherwise people don't get a notification for your reply.

I tried copying and pasting the gif before and tried it again now, but it won’t save the link. It says that it successfully changed my signature, but it just does my most recently watched anime for a signature. It doesn’t have an option for gifs in the signature settings

That's a video, bro... Easily noticable by the fact that it has sound. If you want that as a signature you need to download it, turn it into a gif on a website like this one, upload it somewhere and then get the link.
