Fall Staff Meeting/Update:  Hello everyone I hope you're all doing fine and staying safe I had originally planned for this update, many weeks ago. But I didn't have the time till today. So I apologize in advance for the confusion Anywhoo...  v For ALL Staff- The staff hiatus mentioned in the August Update now officially over I understand school is pretty much like hell, so I am lowering some requirments.   New Activity Tracker & System I've updated the staff activity tracker here. I will be no longer be looking at the previous months' activity but rather the months going forward from today. Our system is pretty similar to the one in SOS, every 2 months I will give 1 point each for each month you complete the minimum requirement (mentioned below the next spoiler in your section). At the end of these two months, you must have 2 points โผ or else you will be given a strike. A strike will no longer entitle you to the Club's Staff Privileges until you make up your 2 points. Everyone who is will receive a lil' badge as proof of completion. Hiatuses: PLEASE let me know before you go or else I will have to remove you for inactivity. I will be putting a maximum 3-month hiatus limit. If you do know that you will be taking an extended hiatus please do let me know or please just resign from the staff team and rejoin when you come back. I'd rather not remove anyone myself. If so, do I have to use the same type of titles I currently have or can I just type in some fancy text and bbcode? 2) Kinda a stupid question but how should we display items that are out of stock? Unfortunately, I sorta fell behind on transacting stuff for the last 2 months which is kinda problematic since this would mean all the cookie jar account data are wrong and if it doesn't get fixed then problems happen >.< So your job consists of removing a certain number of Cookies in People's accounts. Every so often I'll give you a list of pending threads, and you'll do your thing. And you don't have to transact them all in one night!!!! Take your time, especially if you're busy How to Transact: For Card Editions When people purchase cards, it's usually in (between this thing), cards cost 5๐ช each For Shops: Look at the prices of the items and then show your calculations in the confirmation section When you remove Cookies from a jar: Please provide proof of your withdrawal in the "transactions section of the jar" just follow this format [ 6/07 -5 (Card_ED_#002) ] (Date, amount taken, ITEM NAME or just Card ED Name) Also, the most important thing you have to do is, after every transaction this does NOT apply for SHops please copy and paste this below, and change the # into how many cookies you took out atm.
