I never actually analyzed anything so i have no answers but wasnt one of the main reasons he wanted the perfect suicide was to show tenma that not everyone is equal? Thats just wat i thought from what ive seen but im most likely wrong and its been a long time since i watched it so idk

I dont think he wanted to commit suicide, I'm pretty sure his goal was to try and get either his sister or Dr. Tenma to murder him.

he wanted to commit the perfect suicide to prove that humans are inherently evil through dr tenma who believed humans are born good which is the opposite of what Johan believes. Johan wanted tenma to be the one to kill him so he could prove his belief. Furthermore johan was a nihilist and believed the world is full of darkness and suffering and didn’t want to live anymore.

well no he didn’t complete it and he got proved wrong by tenma. Also lunge and tenma never truly knew Johan’s identity however they knew of his existence.
