Last couple episodes [spoiler] (obviously)

I have few questions about last three episodes (22-24)

1. Is the end of clannad ep 22? Also is Ushio dead or is she all fine because she was laying under the three and Fuuko found her.

2. Ep 23 is just spin off of a year before Tomoya and Nagisa met?

3. Ep 24 is just recap of clannad? Also at the end both Nagisa and Ushio (if she didn’t die in first place) were alive, is that just another world or is that the true ending and Tomoya was just dreaming about an bad ending?

Yes to all three. Except Tomoya wasn’t dreaming. He lived through the emotional hell of ep 16-22. Whether he remembers it or not is a different question.

I’m not sure you completely understood the ending. It’s fine though, because that was the case with me too. At the end, Tomoya’s wish was for everything to be alright (or something like that), which made him go back in time (in anther world!) where Nagisa does not die. They lived happily ever after. I strongly recommend you to watch a video about the ending on YouTube.

When Fuko discovered Ushio, she was just sleeping under the tree. I’m not sure what the whole point was for that scene, but that’s the same tree you see when an episode starts.

Episode 23 is adaptation of one of the side stores, and 24 is just a simple recap.

I think Ushio sleeping under the tree is a call back to the title screen of the visual novel after you finish the secret good ending

He does remember it. He says so in episode 24.

Yes, Clannad ends on ep 22 and as far as I know, Ushio is alive.

Yes, ep 23 is just a filler.

Yes, ep 24 is a recap.
