What OP means and what I agree on, for a second season it has an a-typical start. Normally you get some reintroduction, recap, the characters start over etc. But s2 follows seamlessly, as if it was just a long pause.

Yes I agree. This is a part 2.

What I said is that Part 2 or not, the sequel entry of a first season is always marked as 2nd season even if it's a part 2.
The Part 2 thing on the entry name happens on the sequels only (2nd season part 2, 3rd season part 2, etc.)

The only exception I found was Kuroshitsuji where they made a sequel to the first season called Kuroshitsuji II, then made another sequel to the first season called Kuroshitsuji 2nd season that was ignoring the part II.

not exactly, when there is a part 2 it is because it's a split court (like re: zero s2 & haikyuu to the top). they are separeted because the studio need more time to finish the season. also when it's a split court the content seem to be similar between the 2 part, it can be less the case for a s2. the best exemple is re:zero season 2: it has the 2nd season and it's separeted in 2 part.

The only think i care about is the 1st episode was really good it has become my favourite anime do not care about that this is part 2 or second season just enjoy it

Really? After the previous episode I honestly lost interest in this show. Every main character other than Yuusuke is annoying and add little value imo. I’m just watching it for completion sake and to see his progress if any; nothing else.
