Since you posted this without any clarification on Season 2 page, I'd say that Emilia performed way better in that season.

Rem is a good character which helped in subaru's growth. But in season 2 , Emilia growth is so phenomenal. We rarely see development of female characters in anime nowadays. I voted for Emilia tan.

From the start Emilia was a better character than Rem.
While I understand why people like Rem she's talented and acts kindly and honestly the perfect housewife.
BUT I, Personally, can't forgive Rem's behavior in the first few loops, she brutally murdered Subare countless times even though Roswaal said that he's alright...
Emilia was a flat character in the first season, she had close to no character development, but in the second season, she had so much character development, we could understand why she used to act the way she did, we can see her character changes (for good) and she became more relatable (for me).
While Emilia is not perfect or ideal, she is more realistic and I prefer her over Rem.

You guys fighting for rem and subaru but I am waiting for someone special of arc 6 to make appearance in those options but disappointed as hell
Picked emilia becoz she is better than rem in every aspect and becoz u guys have only watched anime that's why u don't know the toxic relation of rem and subaru and blindly support her . Season 1 cut a lot of content which can show the true wicked nature of rem and I will not tell anything just to shatter the perfect persona rem fans have . But we all know patrache is the best girl
