| Hello there! :) Dear MAL users - I'm looking for anime similar to Parasite (Kiseijuu: Sei no Kakuritsu). Just finished watching it yestarday and IMO it was really good anime with lot of action, gore and nicely done romance. Can you recommend me something similar (has to be happy ending with romance)? Thanks in advance for help! :) |

| Tokyo Ghoul without a doubt should be your next watch, action-packed, Gorey when it's appropriate, pretty cute romance. Devil man crybaby is a more artistic depiction of what you looking for. Has all the requirements you are looking for but a little bit more niche with its unorthodox animation and plot setups. I personally did not like Ajin, but who knows, you might like it. Horror and monster and stuff like that. I forgot if there was romance though. Similar, but not worth going in detail. | @Lightstone I need to check Monster and I already watched Shingeki no kyojin :) @ohml I heard that Tokyo Ghoul is good but also that anime is screwed because it's different from anime (season 2). Also I heard that romance is not resolved in anime - is that true? I prefer completed anime :) -High School of the Dead -Kakeguri -god eater - Youjo Senki (basically a grim isekai) -zankyou no terror Do these have some decent romance in it (can be subplot of course like in Parasite)? |

| Read Tokyo Ghoul's manga, so much better than the anime As for anime, maybe Demon Slayer, which is airing right now. Also, Black Lagoon for the action. |

| Ok just finished Bounen no Xamdou. It's easily one of the most confusing anime I have ever seen. Also ending is crap (with even more confusion added). Any other recommendations with actually clear happy ending? |
