Do some studies of your favorite drawings from them. Copying is a pretty good way at getting better at drawing and although a lot of people consider it cheating I think that's kinda dumb. Just as long as you don't show off the copied art as if it is your own, I think its fine.

Also try and pinpoint what you like about their style and then take it and apply it to your own drawings.

As an artist in the manga-style, I've learned how to draw similarly to that of the manga-ka artists I love the most by continuously "Reproducing" their works in my own drawing style. Eventually I got so use to drawing in their style, that it became somewhat my style as well.

yep copying is the way to go if you really want to draw like a certain artist. Don't listen to bs about how it's wrong or something lmao.

Trace their work, then try to draw similar designs without tracing, rinse and repeat until you have a good feel for the art style.

You should simultaneously look into some human anatomy, structure, basic form tutorials whilst copying or tracing your favored artists. Without that understanding your sketches will fall apart and have wonky proportions.

The second option is good only if you want to draw hentai parodies of battle shounen manga.

Tbh it's hard giving advice unless you have the ability to draw exactly what you see. Otherwise, just identify whatever it is that makes that style unique and practice so you can incorporate it into your own drawings.
