My first manga was Astro Boy I think, I have bad memory sometimes. My hobbies are watching anime, reading manga (obviously), playing videogames, listening music and watching TV series. So... | I'm Vetral, a 21 year old from Canada. I'm a pretty laid back guy, and I'm also a shut in, much like the majority of this community. When it comes to the outside world, I rarely go out because I'm not a very talkative person, especially when it comes to girls (now you all know my secret). The MAL and Discord community is like my second home, so I'm looking forward to talking to you all :D My anime "timeline" is probably the most inconsistent you will ever see. I was introduced to anime about 10 years ago after a couple of my friends told me about Naruto. I think after I watched Naruto I took a break for a couple years before I started watching Shippuden as well. A few years down the road I watched Highschool DxD, Highschool of the Dead and Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou. I'm not really sure how I went from watching Naruto to a bunch of Harems, but that's what happened. About 5 or so months back I cancelled my Netflix account and ended up getting a craving for anime, and I've been watching it fairly often now ever since. I spend a lot of time downloading/listening to music, and the only games I've really been playing are 100% Orange Juice (simple board game on steam and fairly cheap if you're interested), and Osu. I got burnt out of RPG's and strategy games, but sooner or later I'll get a craving for them again. Right now I'm unsure of what my favorite genres are because I'm been watching a little bit of everything. Feel free to throw out any suggestions because I'm open to watching anything. I realize that my introduction was more like an essay, but it's better to let it all out than keep it all in. |

| What's up guys, gals, and others. The name's Brad. You can call me whatever you like though. I'm a 19 year old dude born and raised in the trashy suburbs of New Jersey. Been casually into anime and video games since I was a toddler, had a big shounen craze through elementary school (DBZ, Pokemon, Yugioh, Naruto, Bleach, One Piece), but started watching different kinds of things partway through middle school at the start of the decade. Used to be big into video games as a kid, playing games of all types, mostly well-known Nintendo titles from the late 90s into the mid 2000s, and having an FPS phase till about the end of that decade. Not much into video games nowadays, but some titles have stuck with me through the years. Now I'm an avid Soulsborne fan; the franchise has ruined most other games for me. I'll occasionally throw on an older Nintendo game if I'm feeling burnt out from Souls, or for nostalgia's sake. Nice to meet y'all. |
