Anime That Has A Couple Early On Like Maoyuu Maou Yuusha

I find that usually animes have a main male character end up being around a female character throughout the series, but they usually do not confess or get together as a couple until the end. By that time the series is almost over and rarely so you get to see their interactions after.

I'm looking for something similar to Maoyuu Maou Yuusha where the anime basically follows the couple from the beginning. I know that a obvious suggestion would be Spice And Wolf, but I'm just looking for a few more options as well.

Just somethings I would prefer:
-Newer Artstyle
-More towards the seinen/shounen side rather than shoujo
-Has god tier waifu like Maou in Maoyuu Maou Yuusha
-Really shows the couple's relationship well
-Main character isn't a dense piece of crap
-Has just the right amount of comedy to romance ratio, unlike My Wife Is A Mermaid where there is barely any relationship and focuses only on comedy
- Unlike Maoyuu, the main characters actually DO SOMETHING TOGETHER, unlike that God awful ending of maoyuu.

Also my anime list is a complete mess, so don't really rely on it for anything other than the completed list.

Thanks for the help in advanced!

Thanks for suggestion! I've seen golden time already and I loved it! However I do enjoy how the couple is a bit more secure in Maoyuu Maou Yuusha.

As for White Album 2, I plan on watching it, plus I heard one of the main females are very similar to Utaha from Saekano who is one of my favourite characters!

The artstyle of Nodame Cantabile kinda puts me off, so I don't know if I'll watch it.

Thanks for the suggestions!

Nodame is pretty good, don't let the art distract you.

If you liked Spice and Wolf, you'll probably enjoy Akagami no Shirayukihime as well.
Soredemo Sekai wa Utskushii

For stuff more on the action side
Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry

Yeah, the couple in WA2 aren't secure...

Try Sukitte Ii Na Yo.

Also, +2 to Nodame Cantabile. You won't regret it if you follow it through. The fact that this series has even spawned a live-action version shows its great success.

Thanks, all of the ones you mentioned look interesting, and they all seem to have artstyle that I quite like. I'll give Nodame Cantabile a try though!

As for White Album 2 would you recommend against it?

I think I'll give Nodame Cantabile a try sooner or later! However artstyle does play a big role for me in terms of anime preference so I'm not sure about Suite Li Na Yo but I'll give it a try, thanks!

It's more drama than romance. If you like drama it is good, but it doesn't fit the categories you are looking for.

I think I'll skip it then, drama usually destroys me, thanks for the heads up!

Yeah it has a lot of drama and if that's not your thing then you might want to skip it, but character designs and music are amazing in this show.

Thanks! Might give it a try anyways, heard it's pretty good, even though I may leave broken hearted.
