If Satsuki kills Shion/Mion during the day it will not show up as who did it, but at night it will reveal who Satsuki is. Satsuki's kills goes through at the end of the phase.

Better not to waste lynch. Best thing is if exorcist purifies Verumir cuz Shion dies and exorcist lives. But it would be no good for both of us if exorcist doesn't trust me and chooses to purify me. I highly doubt that he would try to purify either of us tho xd Probably he is more willing to leave kill for Satsuki and not risk.
Satsuki's shot would work too. but 2 rabbits would go with one stone if exorcist purifies Shion and Satsuki uses her shot on a baddie. well but that more feels like a dream lol
