See, that's much better. Now we actually have an accurate account of your skill level. And next time you use a reference pic remember to credit. :3

I'll say that it's a good start, her eyes are pretty and your proportions aren't bad at all, except her head might be just a teeny bit on the big side. I'd work on your shading next - your pic at the moment has almost no shading whatsoever. By adding more values here and there you'll add depth and make it that much better. Cute character, btw. Keep it up :3
