Rock and Revy's relationship is complicated, there definitely something there but it's muddled by their opposing personalities. The way I see it one of two things will happen either they will have wild angry sex at some point in the story. Or they will both die together in a Romeo & Juliet cliched ending. I'm banking more on the wild angry sex tbh, that seems like Mr. Hiroe's cup of tea.
