| a while back my external harddrive got broken. bummer i know. i know i can't fix it... trust me i've tried, but the thing is ALL of my music was on it. including the zune program. i understand that i can't retrieve it that's not what i need help with. recently when i have had time i tried downloading the zune program (a fair number of times) but everytime i do before installing the program at all a message comes up saying i already have the most recently updated zune program on my computer, which isn't right obviously it was on the hard drive. i have deleted all files and made sure that there are not any remnants of the program on my computer but it still isn't working. what can i do to fix this? please help i need to update my zune. :) thanks. |
