I would like to know where can we get more info on other chapters besides the chapters that are out. I've check this site http://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=57719 it too only show's 3 chapters and I can't find any other information about this chapter or author.

Do they need translators? Or is this manga not popular enough to get scanlated again?

That's what I want to know. It looks more link its not popular at all and no one what's to up date the information that this series has been dropped or not.

It seems that the scanlators of Nayuki_Love resumed it but are extremely slow in finishing translation.
Unfortunately it's not licensed either, so I doubt it'll ever get fully translated if not in many years at this rate.

It's the sad reality of most scanlations...
