I need action romance animes with a cool male protagonist and a tsundere female lead who falls in love with the male protagonist. The female protagonist has to be good looking and has to have long hair. ( Example: Vera Linus from Veritas [she doesn't have romantic affiliations with the male protagonist in the specific manhwa though]). Romance doesn't have to be the main focus, but it should have a decent amount in it and the romantic development should be consistent. It shouldn't have a sudden development like Dragonaut the Resonance.

1. The male lead should be cool. ( Cool can be looked at in many ways) - Overpowered, Superior intelligence, etc. He also must be superior to the other characters of the anime.
2. The female lead must absolutely be pretty/hot and must have long hair. I don't particularly like short haired female leads.

I was about to say Shakugan no shana or Zero no tsukaima reading halfway through your post but I guess it's a no.

Most tsunderes are lolis... but:

Kaze no Stigma - Fmc isn't really hot, but it fits your description.

Oda Nobuna no Yabou - breasts are there and looks, but the Mc is more of a strategist.

Maji de Watashi ni Koi Shinasai! - Harem, Mc is kinda badass (strategist) but not much tsunderes.

I think Kaze no stigma is best for you.
