I don't know what happened with Yume, seriously.
He wasn't that bad of a guy, I found him obnoxious but that was mostly from my point of view. He was a big anime enthusiast and invested a lot of his time in the community and if nothing else, we could see the honesty of his work. Still ever since he got banned from MAL there's a weird switch that was activated in his brain that made him go full chuunibyou.

Since then, he believes that anime is a conspiration from Japan to take over the world, that he knows every Yakuza gang irl and that he is a messiah that is fighting to banish demon from the world. He also says that he's going to destroy the world and create a new one for he is the chosen one. Sad thing is that I'm only giving an extremely short summary of what he himself said. I could probably write a few page of all of his delusional insight on reality that I've heard him say.
Now if it he was only role playing a character I wouldn't have any problem with that but there's thing that show that he truly believe what he says.

If someone really care about him (Because I don't really want to be bothered by that), you should contact an hospital where he lives to give him medical attention.
