Short anime with a good character development?

Hello~

I have started a fan dub group, and I need some suggestions for a good anime around 12 episodes to dub. Any suggestions?
But please...
-If the anime has already been dubbed officially, please do not suggest
-Preferably looking for anime that is newer than 2010 <3
-Something that has a good character development and great plot. (E.g.: Natsume Yuujinchou)

Also we're looking for some members to join the group, but I'll worry about that once we find a good anime to dub XD;;

I think the hard thing is finding them dubbed. I'm not quite sure what's been dubbed, I tend to watch those that are just subbed.

You could try these and see if they are dubbed:

Appleseed (Movie) (ok so this is a movie so Im pretty sure its dubbed)

Canaan (short but has excellent character development not sure if it's dubbed and it's 2009)

Occult academy (this anime was really funny and I liked how they developed most of the characters in this anime, 2010, don't know if it's dubbed)

"People die if they get killed" who knew.

Do know though that its about 15 episodes long and is more of a collection of a few stories rather than one story.

Oh yeah Bakemonogatari, I don't know what comes after seconding, but I am thirding this. And I am not even sure whether it even has a dub O.o
