| What I'm looking for is exactly what the title suggests. It needs to have romance and good animation and art quality. Please look at my anime list to see what I have watched the best examples I can provide are ToraDora, Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai , Kimi ni Todoke and Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo.
