Meroko (Full Moon wo Sagashite) has bunny ears on the hat (and she doesnt take it off much) and there is alot of romance

I guess bunny ears aren't that popular, though there are alot of characters with cat/wolf/fox ears or horns.

It got barely any responses because I'm sure people could not think of any MC bunny girls as Toshiru said, bunny ears aren't that popular. Manga might be easier but still pretty rare as a MC.
