Just finished this anime after 3 years of waiting because some people keep talking about how bad the 2nd season is.

I just wondered about the maid#2, I tried to google about it but I don't get good results, anyone reading the novel know about it?

Take a look once again at the 2x12 ending - there's a giant Mecha-Maid which is most probably Maid #2.
No matter how much you complain, slice of life is a key to a good story. What turns an anime, a movie or a novel into a masterpiece are not fights or special effects, but a proper character development. If you really need some action in every episode, Pokemon is always waiting for you.
