Let's use this topic to talk of Kon's latest work: Paprika!

I saw it just a week ago, only one time (well, is better to rewatch Kon's works! :D). I found it just fantastic! The animations were great, how can I forget the carnival with dolls and frogs? :P I liked also the chars, and the Ost. The only thing I didn't like so much (didn't like so much, not didn't like at all ;)) is the final: I was expecting a surprising final from Satoshi Kon, just like Perfect Blue. But it was a normal final, quite an happy-ending. But good indeed! :D

So, what do you think of Paprika? Let's talk about it!

Paprika is absolutely one of the best movies I've seen this year!
And an all time favorite.
I've watched it several times and have the soundtrack.
(The soundtrack is one of the best OSTs ever!)
A big, fat, huge 10 from me! ^__^

I gave it a 10/10. It's not perfect, but nothing is. It's as brilliant as I could have hoped!

The music is absolutely amazing - I've got the OST on order! The animation was truly fantastic, too!

When I first saw it, proceeded to watch it two more times in the following three days (I've seen the movie a total of three times). Paprika is excellent, and I absolutely loved it. Definitely one of my favorites.

An excellent movie. I'd even go as far as proclaiming it a work of art. Its a feast for the eyes with its stunning visuals. the story is very intricate which compliments the impressive visuals. This is one of the very few titles that I've given a 10.

Yeah, Satoshi Kon's works are always so visionary, psychedelic, for his dreamlike atmosphere: Great! :D

I gave it 9, I rarely give 10's. The soundtrack was awesome, The story was great, but something felt slightly off with the visuals. I would have prefered to see it done by I.G rather than Madhouse.

I just saw it a few days ago, and I enjoyed it quite a bit. It looked great, as expected, and I absolutely loved the cast. The plot, on the other hand, was too confusing for my tastes (and I tend to like confusing plots!); the only reason I understood what was going on was because I was watching it with a friend who kept pausing it to explain it to me. :p Overall, I gave it an eight, but that might change once I buy and rewatch it.

Kon and Hirasawa make an epic combo. 10/10.

Time's winged chariot hurrying near,
And yonder all before us lie,
Deserts of vast eternity."

Paprika is a masterpiece! It is the only movie I have given a 10/10. Plus Susumu Hirasawa does the soundtrack, and he is a God (the most amazing voice I've ever heard). The Story was awesome, characters were awesome, and I enjoyed it more than any other anime movie I have ever seen. Satoshi Kon is a genius.

Just watched it today. I absolutely loved it! This is one of those movies ( for me anyway ) that will stay in my head for like 2 weeks. Then I will have to watch it again, then another 2 weeks in my head. So I will probably think about this movie for a month. It also reminded me of that people movie. I think it was called Strange Days.

The first time I watched it, I couldn't get the music out of my head. Excellent, but not my all time favorite. Is it me, or does Osanai look like that kid from Paranoia Agent all grown up? I swear, from the eyes to the colors he wears, it's like he grew up to be psycho...

Paprika is a film I can watch again and again without tiring of it.

I can watch Kons other movies more than once but not as often.

I love the soundtrack and the whole synopsis is awesome.

I can't really say it's my favourite though as I like all of kons works equally.
