It's amazing how most people in comments prefer Mayaka but the poll says otherwise. The minorities really are the most vocal ones.

Well, probably people vote for Mayaka, realize that they're in the minority, and thus feel the need to come here and "advertise" their opinion. Heck, I was going to do the same! For me, they were both fine, but Mayaka was a little less bidimensional than Chitanda. Nobody truly stood out, though.

Mayaka ranked 93rd on my 100 Most Beautiful Female Anime Characters haha. Chitanda Eru at 2nd. On top of the list is Shoko Yuasa the Manga Club President from Hyouka and also part of the list is Irisu at #52. ^_^

Idk I kinda thought Chitanda got really annoying at times and she depends on Houtarou too much when she's curious. It's kinda like whenever she has a mystery, she doesn't even try to solve it and goes to Houtarou. IMO, I just like Mayaka's character better overall so idkk
