| ^ i lol'ed Well, since you are trying to play smart here... Actually i said nothing much more then truth - not my problem you got offended. Also, i said nothing about people voting for those characters - tastes differ after all. It was just a comment about situation since its a well-known fact that people tend to vote/choose/pay attention only to something which took place in about last half a year (not only in connection of anime). If you dont believe it on my bare word (and im sure you dont) - take a look at the interviews made in Japan... E.g. "quiz of october - most soulful anime" - whole top 10 filled up with stuff from summer/autumn seasons.. "quiz of november - most cute girl" - autumn/winter seasons characters in top 10 again. |

| Toshiru, i agree with you 100%!, many people forget old characters for new ones, thats really sad because that means that many people are soo superficial.. In this case Mei is the character of the moment, after a 6 months no1 will remember her...because there will be a new character...sad..so sad. |

| lol - This is a temporary 'of the now' feature anyway. Not really a character tournament or there'd be a rule about not currently airing characters. We'll see how everyone does on the end of the year character poll --- if our club's around that long anyway. (= Just remember members--- arguing and stating opinions is fine. Everyone will have their own unique view on a situation. But, stay respectful of everyone's opinions. That is our number one rule here. I don't want to see this turn into something ugly. I knew going into this that a currently airing character would prob win. If the nominations and poll were up to me then none of these characters (save 1 or 2 of them) would be on here. ANYWAY --- look at the numbers. I figured Mei or Inori would win by a landslide... BUT Mei - 7 Shizuo - 6 Natsu - 5 Shana, Mukuro, Gintoki, Inori - 4 The numbers are actually very close & it could go many different ways. There is still over a week left for this to be open. |
