Wanting help deciding or finding

Hey all, first of all thank you for reading my topic, but to the matter at hand:
I need anime (preferably) or manga recommendation for something that is any combination of ecchi, fantasy, comedy, and romance/harem, somewhere along the lines of Maburaho, Psychic Academy, Ichiban Ushiro No Daimaou, MxO, or High School DxD.

I'm just trying to look for something fairly light-hearted, not too serious, and magical. I've sifted through my list, and the summaries dissuade me from most of them, and since I feel I'm not much more than an enthusiast, I decided to ask people more knowledgeable than I am.

If you feel strongly about something already on my list, feel free to add it, but I'm always looking for something new. And as a last request, please avoid titles like Naruto/One Piece/Bleach and other titles with over 100 eps... I've seen most of the larger titles, and I've already got too many recommendations of those...

If you liked MxO, check out ( manga ):
Pretty Face (I know the title sounds weird, but it is good)
Kagami no Kuni no Harisugawa

They are all by the same mangaka.

Great anime for this topic is:
Toaru Majutsu no Index ( and "most" of its counter parts )
