What do you do to maintain (or improve) your health? I'm sure a lot of people play sports, eat well, or possibly do things like pilates or yoga. If you don't do anything, state why you don't, or if why you don't feel it necessary. Let's try to keep this within physical boundaries, although things like meditation qualify. (In other words, for your health, not your sanity.)

Personally, I play my share of sports, go to the gym a fair amount, and I drink a lot of tea. ^^

I eat fruit (sometimes) and either take long walks or exercise at my school's gym.

Exercise, take vitamins and multivitamins. Regulate food intake and drink whey protein.

Eat balanced meals everyday and drink more water! However i can't get my butt off my chair to exercise :/

Just exercise and diet. I try to have at least an apple and a banana every day, and one vegetable with dinner. I try to go with fish over other types of meat, good fats (almonds, peanuts, and other types of nuts), drink mostly water (stay away from soda/pop), and obviously, limit the junk food. I don't drink coffee or smoke either.

I still get together with friends to play sports when our schedules allow for it. As far as exercise, I stopped lifting weights a while ago, and only do cardio and body weight exercises now. I hate running, so I got myself a jump rope, and find that to be much more tolerable. Swimming is really good as well.

To maintain my mental health, I guess I would watch LoGH

To maintain my physical health, eat right. That means no junk food. Ice cream is an exception however.

For my health, i do play sports and some other things (standing is better than sitting)

i like to talk to people on many different things. mostly for mental sanity.

I used to go to a gym, but I moved recently and haven't had the time to sign up for a new one. I'm kind of gaining weight though due to my...unhealthy life style (basically delivery or take out every night due to lack of time/energy), so I try to make sure I at least keep my lunch healthy. Eat a sandwich every day. Looking to start hitting up the gym again after life settles down a little bit.

Eating at the right time
Eating healthy food
Drinking water and green tea :)
Excercise (which is very significant) at least 15-30 mins a day
Walking in a park ,it's fun and surely an easy way to lose weight
and obviously...avoiding junk food

Eating healthy foods, i love fish, vegetables & fruits (apples<3 I can eat a lot of them xP) Drink green tea and a lots of water. I also exercise and drink PhD Diet whey. I don't eat a lot of sweets...well, besides ice cream(especially chocolate*.*) and caramel Iced coffee, can't resist :P

meh I don't do much, I take some walks sometimes and I might say that my meals aren't very healthy either, just sometimes but I'm not very worried, I'm still healthy and young so it's ok I guess

I´m playing tennis, badminton and table tennis, I´m swimming and jogging, I´m making work-out and I eat healthy :D
