Nezumi lives in a state of gender neutrality though his innate nature is tends to express as yang/male. His primary focus is survival. Shion loves him. He also loves the girl Safu. Shion is able to love freely and with innocence. His love doesn't seem sexual. Nezumi struggles with being able to love at all but comes to love Shion but I don't see it as being sexual.No. 6 and Loveless are the only ~really good shounen ai anime I know of (I suppose it's arguable whether No. 6 is really shounen ai but it's pretty obvious it is to me). Neither really focuses that much on the romance though. I wasn't as impressed by Loveless. |
