Well she can't be added to the list as she's not a anime character but she's a voice actor/singer who gets no regonition whatsoever. KAORI, or her real name Midori Kawana.

I think her most famous songs are the Myself;Yourself opening: Tears Infection. The Ayakashi ending: Kagaribi, and the Advance Generation ending: Watashi Makenai. If you don't know her, or any of her songs that just proves how badly she needs to be regonized. :P
