I can't stop thinking about a strange thing: FLCL, which was suppoused to be a comedy and shonnen's parody is second epic Gainax production. I mean, that actions, when suddenly protagonist starts to win in "impossible to win" fight (ep.2, ep4. satelite), just like ol'school shonnen. It made me feel full of powah
