| ok this series have unrelated characters and their unrelated stories it has a perverted female teacher trying to seduce one of her students, a sushi cat, a mahou shoujo who turns into an adult when she takes some kind of pill, a hamster, and a psycho elementary school kid who makes his teacher quit teaching which by the way is the kid in the screen shot it's 16 episodes each episode is 7 minutes it's an anime of the year 1998 the screen shot is from the last sceen of the last episode and i can't think of more obvios hints :) and another screenshot  |
