| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- This series has a real tendency to turn in things that don't really make sense. This episode is about Mitsuki not getting discouraged that Yuya already has a girlfriend, is it? She's holding out hope that she can get him after all? Though I'm not exactly sure what the reference to "two years" is. Is that when she'll be in middle school? What's that got to do with anything? Regardless, episode 13 showed us an image of the future where Moe and Yuya are still clearly together (and future-Yuya specifically told current-Yuya not to cheat on Moe), so doesn't that mean that Mitsuki is destined for failure? Then what is this episode about? It was a nice little touch that Mitsuki was the girl from the first episode who was hanging on Yuya, though. I guess she was pretty forward before she got so bummed out. She can also been seen lurking in the background of Yuya's graduation photo as seen in the final episode. |
