The only anime I know of is Eureka 7 but they don't surf water waves but rather "Trappar waves" (energy waves) through the air. |

| Well 5cms per second has a character who is quite fond of surfing, but it's not the main point and it doesn't have much of importance in the movie tbh. Always worth to check it out tho. |
