Make sure to change your e-mail to something like gmail or at least make sure it's the correct e-mail. MyAnimeList e-mails are sometimes blocked by e-mail providers. |

| It seems that mal emails, incuding the recovery mails, are being blocked by a lot of sbcglobal. The GorillaNation mail servers that mal piggybacks on are blacklisted by SORBS (one of the major email blacklists) based on spam reports, so it's likely they subscribe to that list or have one of their own from users reporting mal email as spam. The user I mentioned above was unable to receive mal email at the sbcglobal address (presumably because sbcglobal subscribes to the above blacklist) but still had access to the account. I sent an email directly with a secret phrase and confirmed the address. Please reset the password for kanako75 and send to either address (not through mal if you use the old one, but another server or send to me to forward), thanks. |
