| Aw...a new OP. I was so busy missing "After Dark" that I didn't even listen to the new song... I'm pretty excited for this arc. I thought that they might horribly butcher the whole thing, but it looks like it's headed in the right direction. Almost all of the soundtrack's new, too (what's with the cheesy 80's love song music for Amagai?). Anyways, we could do much worse for a filler arc. |

| Yeah, I thought that the animation was a bit weird... a tad jerky maybe? I thought that the episode was alright, though I did enjoy the new opening. And is it just me, or does the 3rd seat that Amagai brought along look like Aporro Grantz and Amagai looks like Aizen? I feel cheated too. T_T |

| I really hope they don't mess around too much with this filler arc, leaving in the middle of the battles like that is a ballsy move, even more so seeing as rukia and ichigo seem to appear in the next episode (WHICH btw is in 2 weeks............), i'd kinda like to know how they are gonna explain that one. I mean like what, do they just somehow get out of hueco mondo play around in this arc then magically go back to where grimmjow was knocked out and continue? The episode wasnt that bad really but i wish they wouldnt move so drastically RIGHT in the middle of another arc like this |

| I, for one, think that this was a really interesting way to start what looks to be an interesting story arc. The shift in focus was pretty wild, but that just means they're more free to expand the story. I think it'll turn out better than the friggin' Bount arc, at least. I liked the new OP, but I hate the new ED. Anyone else with me? |

Plus it's nice to get a glimpse at all of the Soul Society characters that we never get to see anymore (outside of Shinigami Cup). |

| (contains minor spoilers - not that there is anything worth spoiling) Just like variance in everyone else's opinions, I don't quite know what to say. Felt almost as if I was in the shoes if the 3rd squad and not knowing what the heck to think about any of it. Some of the animation was pretty basic, but some of it was a nice change of pace. Felt almost like the upgrade the Naruto series made to Shippuuden, gave it a feel as if this really was detatched from the rest of the series. Seemed like a fairly weak start to a new arc, though. I say let one of the unknown squad members bite the dust there and have them narrowly make their escape. Here is a question : "Why didn't they just let that cleaner thing kill them all in the first place? It didn't seem to have any trouble taking out the Menos." p.s "How do you add the spoiler tab?!"  |

| I hope the story links back nicely to the hueco mundo arc or i'm going to get really pissed! But on the whole it looks promising. Unless they take Ichigo and friends out of hueco mundo. Then how are they going to get back in and to the exact same spot i don't know. |

| This filler arc was a bit sudden, but I thought it was okay. I thought in the beginning they were going to follow the negative chapters of the manga (well this contains spoilers so I won't continue). Anyway.. Amagai isn't such a bad captain, his character needs to stand out more though. Yeah, he looks like Aizen and that Kifune looks scarily like Aporro Grantz. And the next ep preview is.... weird. Why on earth is Rukia and Ichigo back in the real world!? Did this filler arc was supposed to happen before they went to Hueco Mondo? That's weird because it's like suddenly stuffing in something that doesn't seem fit to happen between the time period where Ichigo was involved with the Vaizard and when he went off to Hueco Mondo..... PS: I hate the new ED. It sounds like it's from some ancient pop track.. |

| 1. I couldn't bring myself to hate the new captain. But couldn't say the same about Kifune. He's a guy! OMG! XO 2. You get more insight on 3rd squad which before this, we hardly know anything. 3. This shows that Kira is still a whiner but a reliable and responsible fukutaicho. 4. This filler has potential as it will show the other captains and fukutaicho who don't normally get air time. 5. I like the new OP and ED AMV although the ED song sucks. I miss them wearing school uniforms. And I bet a certain ship fans will over-react about certain someone. *rolleyes* |

| An okay episode I guess. Can't expect much of an introduction episode. The new captain looks kinda cool, and I don't know why but the new 3rd seat looks pretty suspicious. | Hell yes for widescreen@ This ep was interesting...I'm not sure what to think of it yet. I'm wondering what the next ep is going to be about, since the preview has Ichigo and Rukia in it. The OP was pretty good, I didn't like the ED too much. |

| Hmm....is this arc after the bount arc but before the arrancar arc? Or perhaps this is an insert story somewhere in between the arrancar arc....no matter what i must be before the hueco mundo arc. This episode has convinced me to read the manga...since the manga is so close to the anime anyway. The episode was ok....but it needed to be better for it to keep my attention. |

| for some reason he seems like another mole of aizen. he looks so much like aizen, even his little assistant. also the leader of soul society said that vacant positions are like invitations to moles so that was sort of forshadowing of some kind. what i also didnt like is how the transition from previous arc into this one was too abrupt. in fact there was no transition they just jumped in to this one. poof everyone is back in the human world weeee were all happy blah blah blah.... even if its filler time they can alteast ease into it. naruto does this far better and seamless. |

| It was a pretty boring episode. I couldn't get into this episode at all and ended up skipping through to find interesting parts. I'll try next week's episode, but if it doesn't improve I might drop bleach for a while. Another point; I didn't like how they suddenly switched to a totally unreleated story arc, It's like they forgot to show part of the story earlier so they decided to show it now. XD |

| yeah the transition wasn't done too well. they should have planned way ahead to prevent such an awkward break. its not like it snuck up on them, they could have easily known they were catching up to the manga. |

| I didn't like this at all. It happened at the worst time, a lot of things just don't make sense in it (i.e. when exactly does this happen, why didn't they use the cleaners to eliminate the menos in the first place, etc. etc.), and the new character designs are thin at best. And what's with the new OST? It's really quite crappy and very "un-Bleach." The songs have no consistent style and tho the opening is good, I didn't really care for the rest of it. Oh yeah... and why did they start this new story right in the middle of the Hueco Mundo arc, and why did they start it if they were just going to postpone the next episode till May 7th anyway? Why not do one more episode of the Hueco Mundo arc THEN start this one? Even though I highly dislike the direction they're taking this.... It seems more like an OVA or a movie than an actual episode or series of Bleach. Anyway, I'm done ranting. I think Palash said it well: Palash said: Describe this arc in one word? "Meh." |

| well it seems someone decided to do what they want despite what is best. its not only common sense but its good practice to do a smooth transition in a story. animated or otherwise. i dont really think its a matter of screwing up or not knowing what they are doing, someone just felt whim and decided, "oh i think ill change the story to this now..." they spent plenty of time getting the gang into 'mundo, they should spend just as much time getting them out. as far as i can tell, rukia is still dying, so is Chat [or whatever his name is] and no one has attended to them as of yet.... they should just do a one hour special, with the first 10 minutes apolgizing for being stupid. haha as if. |
| A new filler eh? It wasn't too bad. So-so. Don't think they'll just go back to Hueco Mundo arc. This filler saga will last maybe 26 episodes. At most 40 to 50 something. Currently the anime is really close to the manga. Like 30 chapters away. Which is probably why this filler saga started. |

| I'll take this over stretched out episodes. Anyways, it was an alright start. I liked the transition of just telling a brand new story rather than trying to make it happen in the middle of the current situation. |

| Why did the new captain have 2 ZANPAKTOS? The small 1 was his real one, no doubt about it since the captains say its really small at the beginng. The episode was ok, but i really want the storry to continue instead. T____T FFS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OP song sucks ass. How can they put that crap after having cool songs like Alones and After Dark -.- |

| i didnt pay attention to the songs, but i got distracted when i saw rukia with the cute hairstyle in the op. i dont have to say much about the episode. its fillers, so i will stop watching bleach for a while unless its good. |

| It wasn't really that entertaining. I like the new opening - it has nice, warm, summer feeling(Rukia in new hairstyle<drools>), but on the other side - ending is totally wrecked. Even Arrancar Encyclopedia was a filler. And... we're going to wait until 7th May to new episode.... Ehhh. DB should sub Bleach The Diamond Dust Rebelion meanwhile :D. |
