 The official website of the Yuusha Party ni Kawaii Ko ga Ita node, Kokuhaku shitemita. (There was a Cute Girl in the Hero's Party, so I Tried Confessing to Her.) television anime of announced a pair of additional cast on Friday. The anime series adapting Suisei and Kairi's comedy fantasy manga will air in 2026.Voice actors Ryouhei Kimura (Watashi no Shiawase na Kekkon) and Yuuko Natsuyoshi (Uma Musume: Pretty Derby Season 3) are joining the cast as Yuuga and Mikana, respectively. Tomonori Mine (Meitou "Isekai no Yu" Kaitakuki) is directing the anime at Gekkou, with Yukie Sugawara (Sentouin, Haken shimasu!) handling the series composition and script. Mina Oosawa (Maou no Ore ga Dorei Elf wo Yome ni Shitanda ga, Dou Medereba Ii?) is designing the characters. Satoru Kousaki (Aharen-san wa Hakarenai) and MONACA (Assassins Pride) are composing the music. Kairi began serializing the manga adaptation of Suisei's original light novel in Manga Gaugau in January 2021. Futabasha published the 12th volume on July 26. Suisei originally began penning the novel on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in July 2013. Futabasha began publishing the light novel under its Monster Bunko imprint with illustrations by La-na (Majutsushi Kunon wa Mieteiru) in October 2024.
