| Just curious what is the most surreal/bizarre/strange Anime you have watched? The one that leaves you wondering what you actually just watched? To clarify looking for stuff that is kind of like those dreams you have when you wake up and think huh? The more creatively strange visions, or dream like sequences where stuff is just plain weird, Not so interested in gore or stuff that is just straight up unpleasant. |

| These are some anime I liked, they gave me some wild fever dream vibes, some of them have violence in them but I don't think I'd call it gorey or unpleasant. It isn't the main draw, it's just retelling of old Japanese folklore.
