Is the blu ray version better?

lately in the last episodes of junji ito collection there were animation errors starting from chapters 7,8,9,10,11,12 I was correcting animation errors and when I bought the blu ray disc I noticed the difference such as the chapter 8 on tv from junji ito collection that had strange expressions and some characters with different faces but on blu ray the animation looks pretty good only in some scenes. TV vs BLU RAY?
