Does this have an original ending.

I'm wondering how this manga ends considering that its finished and there is definitley not enough to adapt the whole series. I own up to vol 16 but idk if i want to get the rest physically instead of just reading it online. I don't mind if it makes changes that aren't bad but i'd rather spend money on another manga if this one kinda just fizzles out.

The ending is the same as the anime ending if that's what you're asking.
