(Manga Spoilers) Should I Read the manga?

I'll keep it simple. I was really enjoying the show (the Kanade stuff was meh but the rest I liked a lot) and then the final episode of season 2 ends with them saying that Kanade probably likes Yukimura too.

As someone who absolutely despises love triangles as an anime troupe, I am very pissed off. I would like to know from Manga readers, does this plotpoint become a significant thing or is it resolved in a few chapters time? If it is resolved quickly, I'd like to start reading the manga as I want to see Torasuke and Ibarada's arc quite badly but if it's a persisting main plotpoint, I have no further interest in the series at all.

As a devout fan of love triangles, after Kanade fell in love with Yukimura, the whole plot became more interesting to me.

Just as pure oxygen is harmful to the body, the naked truth has the power to destroy men's minds. Only by diluting it with lies and taking it in small doses can humans maintain a healthy soul.
