What do you think of the anime?

I personally loved it and think its one of the best romantic animes of all time (if not the best).
The emotion waves, the plot, characters were all on point honestly.
This was the 2nd time ive watched Ao Haru Ride and i couldn't move my eyes off the screen for 1 second.

SPOILER TO ANYONE READING THIS:

So basically tanaka kou and yoshioka futaba used to love each other in middle school kou asked futaba to meet her in a certain place certain time.
some dude was annoying her and she screamed that she hated all boys and kou heard that.
She waited for him and he never came which made her think she was the problem then turns out that his mother died so he had family problems so he had to change schools.

In highschool they meet again and both of them changed dramatically and from there the story begins ig.

It was good. You will love it if you wanna watch a non fantasy calm story with some painful incidents. Basically you'll like it if you watch without any expectations

I didn't really like it, and while I appreciate the slower pacing and attempt to develop a more thorough relationship, there wasn't really much to grab me in or keep me invested in said relationship.

the live action drama movie completed the anime

The manga sucks, ml kept on giving her hopes throughout the half series then broke her heart multiple times with his "no-other-motive, just a friend" thats how he thought she is. (his friend also likes him. She's manipulative.) Although, he liked her back. Just when the fl decided to move on, found another bf, he felt jealous. Seriously? Yet, she still end up with the him.
