Did you personally like the multitude of arcs rather than focusing on one MC?

I've always been curious to know what other people had to think about this. Personally I really liked seeing all of the different scenarios and how a relationship with each of the girls differs from one another. Let me know your thoughts :)

when I first saw it and heard an explanation of what It was like I decided I was never gonna watch it because i thought the different relationship every 4 ep was stupid where its like the the relationship with the first one never happened, I hate that typa changes and it just annoy me.
when I finally decided to give it a chance, I truly and sincerely loved it

I planned on watching this one a while back, and then decided it would be more worthwhile to just play the VN, which I did not do.
If you reply back to me and I never respond, I lost interest and don't care. Sorry about that.

I honestly loved the way that this series told the stories of each respective girl and was honestly disappointed by how few similar anime have been adapted like that when I finished it and tried searching for others.

Sure. This style of storytelling is executed the best with Fate/Stay Night Id say. Wish we can get more of these not from Fate though. 😔

For romcom, I find it better to have an ongoing story with different pairings that interconnect like Hatsukoi Limited or something, than "resetting the timeline" like in this one.

absolutely every arc had a great love story, I think better than most harems out there.

they even gave us an end with how each arc's future looks like, a very wholesome anime, one of my favorites even today.

I really liked this formula and wish more harems would do it. Everyone wins, so nobody is left out.

I loved the format of it. I would really love to see the endings of my favorite harem anime like the Quintessential Quintuplets to have a format like this where the MC would 100% end up with each of them in a different universe.

But of course it was one of best series with multiple arcs.

And I think it was enough focusing on the MC with his sister, his best friend and his background story about heartbroken Christmas.

More focusing on the MC it would be boring and cliche.

The first time I watched it, I remember wishing that only my favorite timeline (with my favorite girl) would be considered the "true" one.
But now its original narrative structure is one of my favorites things about the show (along with its sense of humor and sweet romances).
It's kind of an harem and kind of really not, which makes it fairly unique in the romcom department.

I love how the different arc given to each FMC. This is to give justice to their screentime. But resetting the story for each arc doesn't feel real and natural to me. I prefer the arc are connected in 1 timeline. This means that only 1 FMC with MC and others are rejected. Seeing MC with each FMC in her arc while pretending other FMC didn't exist are just... Weird
We're never too old for anime...
