So this movie will be turning 40 this year and not only that, but 2023 also marks the 25th Anniversary of the OVA and the 15th Anniversary of the TV-Series. You can't get a more perfect birthday year than that. But yet there hasn't been any kind of announcments being made for a new anime installment of the franchise. Which is kinda odd since every godforsaken anime that hits 10 gets a new adaptation. Hopefully there will be a surprise in store this year and a newly improved Golgo13 takes action anime to new highs.

Golgo is a classic in Japan. Kinda like Lupin III. I’m sure they’ll do something about it.
